Booking Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing to book with Lindum Lodge. We look forward to welcoming you. By making this booking you are entering into the following agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
The price of the accommodation includes Breakfast. We accept payment by cash, debit or credit card (a 2% charge may applies when paying by credit card; no charge is made for debit cards).
Breakfast is served in the Dining room between 8.30am and 9.00 am. Should you have any special dietary requirements please call us to discuss these prior to arrival.
Sorry, we do not allow pets at this property.
Lindum Lodge is a no-smoking establishment, any guests found to be smoking in the property will be asked to leave immediately, and an additional deep cleaning fee will be made. Smoking is permitted in the garden.
Acceptance of Children
Sorry, no children under the age of 5 are allowed at this property.
Cancellation and Insurance
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. If you cannot take your holiday and wish to cancel we require 2 days’ notice prior to your arrival date, in this circumstance no further charges will be made. For any cancellation received within 2 days of the arrival date you are still liable to pay for the full booking, this amount will be taken from the credit/debit card supplied. In the event of a 'no-show' the full amount due will be charged. No reduction is made for fewer guests staying, temporary absence, meals not taken, or early departure.
The card holder is responsible for full payment of the booking and we reserve the right to charge any outstanding amount to the card holder's card without further recourse to the cardholder.
Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. We would recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Check in is between 13.00 and 21.00, we ask that you please let us know your anticipated time of arrival when booking. Any arrivals outside of these times must be agreed with the Lindum Lodge at the time of booking and may be subject to an additional charge. We do not take check-ins after 23.00.
Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10.30 on the day of departure. We reserve the right to charge for late check-outs.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we do reserve the right to charge for the cost of additional cleaning, repair, replacement or loss of business if the damage, soiling or breakage is significant.
We reserve the right to refuse entry, or ask any person to leave immediately, especially if causing disruption to other guests. No refunds will be given for any stay cut short in these circumstances.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting in the course of employment.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
